Payment may require a deposit or full prepayment depending on the policy applicable at the time of booking.
Taxes and additional charges may apply in accordance with Mexican legislation.
6. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking channel:
• Direct reservations: subject to the conditions specified at the time of confirmation.
• External platforms: additional policies and conditions from the corresponding provider (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) may apply.
Hotel Ka’an Standard Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before arrival will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to check-in, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Date modifications are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments depending on season and room type.
In case of early departures, no refunds will be issued for unused nights unless expressly authorized by Hotel Ka’an.
7. Check-in and Check-out Policies
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 12:00 PM
Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
8. Stay Policies
During their stay, guests agree to:
• Respect the facilities, furniture, and internal regulations
• Maintain appropriate conduct within the hotel
• Avoid excessive noise or activities that may disturb other guests
Hotel Ka’an reserves the right of admission and continued stay in cases of non-compliance.
